Qeema (Beef mince) Fry with Capsicum and Brinjal (whole)

This is a new recipe of Qeema (Beef mince) Fry with Capsicum and Brinjal. The main ingredients are Qeema (Beef minced), Red Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Brinjal and spices. Capsicum has many benefits, Capsicum is a good source of fiber and it can be eaten as raw. Red Capsicum has more sweetness than Green Capsicum. Capsicum is a good source of vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K. Apart from these benefits capsicum has excellent taste, especially when fried. This recipe is made with fried whole Capsicum and Brinjal.

Ingredients:

500 gm Qeema (Beef mince)
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 medium size onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp black pepper
1 red chili powder
1 cumin powder
1 tbsp cumin seeds
salt as per taste
2-3 tbsp
Shan/National qeema masala
1 tbsp garam masala
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
1 bunch green coriander
2 red capsicum (whole)
2 green capsicum (whole)
2 yellow capsicum (whole)
1 brinjal (divided into two halves)
3 tbsp kasuri methi
l25 ml oil

Directions for cooking:
1. Take a large pot, heat oil, then fry red, green and yellow capsicums one by one till it turns light golden brown and set aside. Now fry Brinjal till it turns golden brown and set aside.

2. Now on the same oil, add cumin seeds wait till they splutter then add onion and saute till they turn golden brown. Add mince and mix them well and cook for 5-10 minutes or till mince changed its color. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, garam masala. salt as per taste, Shan/National qeema masala and kasuri methhi mix them well and cook for about 10 minutes on medium flame. Now add green chili, red, green and yellow capsicums, brinjal and green coriander leaves, saute them and cook for another 1 minutes.

Qeema (Beef mince) fry with capsicum and Brinjal (whole) is ready to eat.
