Koozi (Arabian Dish) contains a lot of ingredients and among them the main ingredients are Beef/Lamb/Chicken Meat, Eggs, Noodle, Rice and Spices. The Koozi can be eaten as a main meal during Lunch or Dinner. In this recipe, I'm going to show you how to make Koozi with Meat, step by step.....

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Kg Beef/Lamb/Chicken Meat (cut into 4-6 large pieces)
100 ml oil + 2 tbsp for spaghettisalt as per taste1 tbsp black pepper powder4 tbsp Shan Kabsa Masala (optional)200 ml tomato puree2 tbsp turmeric powder2 medium size onions, thinly slice2 dried black lime2 bay leaves2 cinnamon sticks4 green cardamoms4 cloves6 black peppercorns2 brown cardamoms4-6 whole green chilies (remove the stem)1 liter water750 gm brown rice250 gm Spaghetti4 eggs
Methods for cooking:
1. Wash and soak brown rice for at least 2 hours.
2. Take a large pressure cooker, heat oil, add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, black peppercorns, green cardamoms, brown cardamoms and cloves saute for 30 seconds, then add sliced onions and saute for 5-10 minutes or till they turn golden brown, add meat pieces and cook for 10 minutes or till they turn brown or changed its color, turning occasionally add tomato puree, salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and Shan Kabsa Masala. Mix them well and cook for 5 minutes and add water and bring it to a boil.
3. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 25-30 minutes on low flame or until meat tendered completely. Open the lid of the pressure cooker and remove the meat pieces from the broth and set aside.
4. Now measure the broth, it should be 750 ml, if it is less than that add a little more water. Then add rice, salt, green chilies and dried black lime into the broth. Bring it to a boil.
5. Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 5-8 minutes on low flame. Now open the lid of the pressure cooker, if there is excess moisture, then evaporates, it and simmer for another 5 minutes on very low flame. And set aside.
6. Take an empty pot vessel, add water, oil and salt, bring it to a boil, then add Spaghetti and cook for 20-30 minutes or until completely done. Drain the excess water and set aside.
7. Take an empty pot vessel and boil the eggs into the water for 15 minutes. Remove shell from boiled egg and set side.
8. Heat a skillet, grease it with some oil now adds those meat pieces which had taken out of the broth previously. Place them one by one in the skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame, turning occasionally, when they turn brown remove them from the skillet and set aside.
9. Now assemble all of them into a large serving tray/dish. As shown in the picture. And decorates it with some cucumbers and tomato slices.
10. Yours Coozi (Meat+Rice+Noodle+Egg) is ready to serve.
