Uncooked Crunchy Maggi Laddu

Eating Maggi on a regular basis is not good for health. So, I decided to make something delicious and nutritious with this Maggi packet. Today, in this recipe I'm going to show you how to cook a healthy version of Uncooked Crunchy Maggi Laddu. 

Ingredients:

1 cup besan
1 packet Maggi 70 gm (Discard Seasoning)
1/2 cup sugar powder 
6 tbsp semolina 
1/4 cup shudh ghee 
3 green cardamom pods
10 cashew nuts, finely chopped
10 almonds, finely chopped






Method:


1) Take a kadhai/pot vessel, heat ghee, add besan and semolina roast them well for about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and it should smell nutty and toasty. 
2) Let it be cool for 5-10 minutes. It should be little warm while adding sugar.
3) In the meanwhile, take a bowl and  break Maggi into small pieces and set aside.
4) Now, add sugar and mix well. 
5) Add almonds and cashew nuts mix well and add the broken Maggi pieces into the mixture and mix well. 
6) Now, with the help of your palm hand, make a smooth round ball, like whole walnut. 
7) Yours delicious Uncooked Crunchy Maggi Laddu is ready to serve.

Russian Salad Olivier

Russian Salad is one of the most popular Salad in European countries. Russian Salad Olivier was invented by the chef Lucien Olivier, in the 1860s, to whom it owns its other name, Salad Olivier, from Belgian origin, of the Hermitage, one of the Moscow's most celebrated restaurants.
We all love Salad and we all knew that Salad is tasty and beneficial for our health. There are many amazing benefits of eating Salad on a regular basis. Such as it lowers the calorie count, good for eyes, improves digestion, helps you sleep well, Salads add fiber to your diet and reduces cholesterol, it is a good source of fiber, strengthens muscles, boots immunity system and much more. Russian Salad is well-loved by Indian people.
The main ingredients of Russian Salad Olivier are Potato, Carrot, Peas, French Beans, Onion, Pickle, Mayonnaise, Boiled Egg, Chicken Sausage, Chicken breast, Tuna or any other meat. You can make a bowl of Salad easily, you do not need to be a Master chef to prepare a Salad bowl. All you need is to cut some of your favourite vegetables. Boil them if needed. Add your favourite meat, boiled egg and mix it with Mayonnaise and Greek yogurt or cream. Yours delicious and healthy Russian Salad Olivier is ready. Do try this recipe it is very easy and delicious. Ingredients:
2 cups Potato, (Peeled, Boiled and Diced)
1 cup Carrot, (Peeled, Boiled and Diced)
1 cup French Beans, (Boiled and Diced)
1 cup Peas, (Peeled and Boiled)
1 cup Onion, (Peeled and Diced)
Salt as per taste
Water for Boiling vegetables
4 Eggs, (Hard Boiled and Diced)
1 cup or 200 g Mayonnaise

Method:
1) Wash all the vegetables, then peeled Potato, Carrot and Onion and diced. Peeled peas and diced French Beans. As shown in the picture.
2) Hard Boiled Egg and diced them. As shown in the picture.

3) Take a kadhai/pot vessel, boil water and add salt and green peas. Cook for 10-12 minutes. As shown in the picture.

4) With the help of slotted spoon, remove them from the boiling water. And set aside. As shown in the picture.
5) On the same boiling water, add Carrot and cook for 3-5 minutes. As shown in the picture.
6) With the help of slotted spoon, remove them from the boiling water. And set aside. As shown in the picture.
7) On the same boiling water, add French Beans and cook for 5-10 minutes. As shown in the picture.
8) With the help of slotted spoon, remove them from the boiling water. And set aside. As shown in the picture.
9) On the same boiling water, add Potato and cook for 5-10 minutes. As shown in the picture.
10) With the help of slotted spoon, remove them from the boiling water. And set aside. As shown in the picture.
11) Take a large bowl, add all the boiled vegetables, egg and Mayonnaise, mix them well. As shown in the picture.




12) Yours Russian Salad Olivier is ready to serve. Serve hot or chilled. As shown in the picture.
