I love Mango and Mango is in season. So, I decided to make some innovative recipe out of it. And I have made Mango Paneer Roll. However, this recipe is a bit challenging for the beginners. But I assured you, that you will fall in love with the sweet taste of Mango along with Paneer and Nuts. The main ingredients of this recipe are Mango, Paneer, Sugar, Green Cardamom, Nuts and Rose water. Mango is low in calories, but contains a lot of vitamins and it is high in nutrients. Mango is a good source of vitamin C which aids in immunity, growth, repair and iron absorption. It is good for healthy skin and hair. Mango contains several B vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin E and Folate. Mango contains plenty of water and it is a good source of dietary fiber that aids digestive health.

Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer (2 cups)4-5 tbsp powdered sugar1/2 tsp green cardamom powder5 Almonds, thinly sliced5 Pistachios, thinly sliced1-2 Big Mango (Alphonso) Methods of Cooking:
1) Take an empty plate and add Paneer (Cottage Cheese) and mash the paneer with the heel of your palm until it is creamy, smooth and have a light fluffy mixture. As shown in the picture.
2) Add powdered sugar, green cardamoms, thinly sliced almonds, thinly sliced pistachios and rose water. Mix them well and knead again for a few minutes. As shown in the picture.
3) Divide the mixture into 10-12 equal parts and roll them and make a smooth oval shape ball. As shown in the picture.
4) Take a big Mango and peel off. Now, slice the mango into very thin slices. Be careful that mango slice does not break while cutting. As shown in the picture.
5) Place a paneer oval ball on each mango slice and roll it tightly. Yours Mango Paneer Roll is ready. As shown in the picture.
7) Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
8) Serve chilled or immediately.
