Uncooked Crunchy Maggi Laddu

Eating Maggi on a regular basis is not good for health. So, I decided to make something delicious and nutritious with this Maggi packet. Today, in this recipe I'm going to show you how to cook a healthy version of Uncooked Crunchy Maggi Laddu. 

Ingredients:

1 cup besan
1 packet Maggi 70 gm (Discard Seasoning)
1/2 cup sugar powder 
6 tbsp semolina 
1/4 cup shudh ghee 
3 green cardamom pods
10 cashew nuts, finely chopped
10 almonds, finely chopped






Method:


1) Take a kadhai/pot vessel, heat ghee, add besan and semolina roast them well for about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and it should smell nutty and toasty. 
2) Let it be cool for 5-10 minutes. It should be little warm while adding sugar.
3) In the meanwhile, take a bowl and  break Maggi into small pieces and set aside.
4) Now, add sugar and mix well. 
5) Add almonds and cashew nuts mix well and add the broken Maggi pieces into the mixture and mix well. 
6) Now, with the help of your palm hand, make a smooth round ball, like whole walnut. 
7) Yours delicious Uncooked Crunchy Maggi Laddu is ready to serve.
