Cheddar Cheese Salad Burger Spring Rolls....Fried food

Cheddar Cheese Salad Burger Spring Rolls,
can be eaten as a snack or dinner or as a party food. The main ingredients are burgers, french fries, salad and cheese. If you love cheese and burger then this recipe is made for you only. The great things about this recipe is it can be frozen and reuse them as and when needed. I used to make 40-50 spring rolls at a time, and I fried a small batch and kept the rest of the spring rolls to be frozen. So, that I can reuse them over and over again. Spring rolls are of many kinds, such as, Paneer Spring Rolls, Chicken Spring Rolls, Mince Spring Rolls, Egg Spring Rolls. Children love to eat snacks so try this simple recipe and make their lunch box healthy and tasty. I love cheese and fried food, so I would like to share this recipe with you.

Ingredients:

250 gm beef/lamb minced
salt as per taste
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 beaten egg/ flour paste (for sealing rolls)
oil for frying
Spring rolls 20 pieces
200-250 gm of french fries (2 piece for each rolls)
10 Cheddar slice cheese (1/2 per roll)
1-2 Cucumber slice it lengthwise ( about 2-4 mm thickness 4-6 inch lengthwise)
1 tbsp tomato ketchup (per roll)

Direction for cooking:

1. Take an empty vessel, add minced, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, onion powder, garam masala and lemon juice mix them well. And make four equal size of the patties. Now take a non-stick pan and place them one by one and cook for 10-15 mins turning occasionally till it turns brown. Now cut each of the patties into five equal (strip) size.

2. Take a sheet of spring roll and one burger piece, then put ketchup, cucumber, cheddar cheese and french fries.

3. Brush the sheet of spring rolls with beaten egg/ flour paste and make sure that the ends are closed tightly, otherwise it will open while frying.

4. Heat oil and place your rolls in deep fryer or any deep non-stick pan and fry till golden brown. Fry them in small batches 3-5 at a time. Do not overcrowd. And serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
